WINKELAR believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders is initiated for shipping.
WINKELAR does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 4 Days days of receipt of the products. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 4 Days days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. In case of any Refunds approved by the WINKELAR, it’ll take 4 Business Days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
Return Period – 4 Days
You have a concise 4-days window from the date of delivery to initiate return or exchange. This allows you ample time to inspect the product and ensure it aligns with your expectations.

For a return or an exchange to be eligible, the following conditions must be met:
Items must be returned in new, unused condition and in their original packaging, with all tags intact.
The product should not have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
Return must include all original accessories and documentation.

To initiate return or exchange, please contact us via email at help@winkelar.com within 4 days period. Include your order number and the reason for your exchange in your email. Also include the Bank account details for Refund Purpose.
We only accept return or exchanges for damaged, defective, or missing products.
Kindly also attach relevant evidence, such as photographs and 360 degree video of product opening without cuts, pause or edits to support your claim.
Refund Time
Refund will be processed within 4 business days after successful pickup of the order.
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the returned items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
